- 450 grams Fresh asparadus, trimmed and cut into pieces.
- 10 ml ground ginger
- 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 750 ml fresh mushrooms
- 1 ml pepper
- 5 ml salt
In a large skillet, saute asparagus and ginger in oil for 2 to 3 minutes
Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
