Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams Fresh asparadus, trimmed and cut into pieces.
  • 10 ml ground ginger
  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 750 ml fresh mushrooms
  • 1 ml pepper
  • 5 ml salt

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, saute asparagus and ginger in oil for 2 to 3 minutes
