Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml water
  • 1/2 medium cabbage
  • 1 large potato peeled
  • 1/2 small onion peeled, and finely chopped
  • 5 ml coconut oil
  • 5 ml white vinegar
  • pinch white pepper
  • pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 ml salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to the boil. Add the vegetables to the water and bring to the boil again
    sliced cabbage on board
  • Reduce the heat. Simmer vegetables for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked.
