Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams new small pumpkin (not mature)
  • 1 baby onion
  • 75 grams pumpkin leaves chopped.
  • 2 ml salt
  • 3 ml Curry Powder

Method
 

  1. Wash, clean and chop pumpkin leaves.

  2. Cut new small pumpkins into small pieces.
  3. Mix pumpkin leaves and chopped new pumpkins and pour in a pot.
  4. Bring the mixture to the boil. Add salt and curry powder.
  5. Stir with a wooden spoon till the ingredients have mixed properly.
  6. Serve hot with pap or wild rice.
