  • 75 grams pumpkin leaves chopped.
  • 2 ml salt
  • 3 ml Curry Powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash, clean and chop pumpkin leaves.

  • Mix pumpkin leaves and chopped new pumpkins and pour in a pot.
  • Bring the mixture to the boil. Add salt and curry powder.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon till the ingredients have mixed properly.
