Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml water
  • 250 grams green beans
  • 50 grams potato
  • 20 ml chopped onion
  • 0.5 ml salt
  • pinch white pepper

Method
 

  1. Bring the water to the boil. Add all the vegetables to the water and bring to the boil again. Reduce the heat and boil for 12 to 15 minutes, until vegetables are cooked.
  2. Mash the potatoes to give the dish a stewed appearance and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the dish hot, as part of a main meal.
