Method
- Finely chop the vegetables
- Steam together in adequate water to cover bottom of saucepan until tender and drain.
- Mix the chickpeas and vegetables, then the flour, soy sauce, thyme, salt, parsley, and garlic. Transfer what you have prepared to an oiled casserole dish.
- Bake approximately 180 degrees Centigrade for thirty to forty minutes until a crust has formed on top.
