Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Half small cauliflower
  • Half small green pepper
  • Two sticks celery
  • 125 grams cooked chickpeas
  • 5 ml wholewheat flour
  • 5 ml soy sauce
  • 2.5 ml dried thyme
  • 5 ml crushed garlic
  • 2 ml Salt
  • 2.5 ml parsley

Method
 

  1. Finely chop the vegetables

  2. Steam together in adequate water to cover bottom of saucepan until tender and drain.
  3. Mix the chickpeas and vegetables, then the flour, soy sauce, thyme, salt, parsley, and garlic. Transfer what you have prepared to an oiled casserole dish.

  4. Bake approximately 180 degrees Centigrade for thirty to forty minutes until a crust has formed on top.
