Ingredients
  

  • Half small cauliflower
  • Half small green pepper
  • Two sticks celery
  • 125 grams cooked chickpeas
  • 5 ml wholewheat flour
  • 5 ml soy sauce
  • 2.5 ml dried thyme
  • 5 ml crushed garlic
  • 2 ml Salt
  • 2.5 ml parsley

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the vegetables

  • Steam together in adequate water to cover bottom of saucepan until tender and drain.
  • Mix the chickpeas and vegetables, then the flour, soy sauce, thyme, salt, parsley, and garlic. Transfer what you have prepared to an oiled casserole dish.

  • Bake approximately 180 degrees Centigrade for thirty to forty minutes until a crust has formed on top.
