Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Fresh Beetroot
  • 2 large Oranges
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • 2.5 ml crushed ginger
  • 1 leaf lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Wash and boil beetroot until tender. Peel, then slice and place in a bowl.

  • Peel oranges and make them into slices.Add to the beetroot

  • Mix the orange juice and ginger and sprinkle over the beetroot and oranges.
