Beetroot and Orange Salad
Beetroot and Orange salad is quick, simple, and delicious. It takes you less than 30 minutes to prepare and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 200 grams Fresh Beetroot
- 2 large Oranges
- 100 ml Orange Juice
- 2.5 ml crushed ginger
- 1 leaf lettuce
Instructions
- Wash and boil beetroot until tender. Peel, then slice and place in a bowl.
- Peel oranges and make them into slices.Add to the beetroot
- Mix the orange juice and ginger and sprinkle over the beetroot and oranges.
- Serve as a side salad over a lettuce leaf with your main dish.
