- 200 grams new small pumpkin (not mature)
- 1 baby onion
- 75 grams pumpkin leaves chopped.
- 2 ml salt
- 3 ml Curry Powder
Instructions
- Wash, clean and chop pumpkin leaves.
- Cut new small pumpkins into small pieces.
- Mix pumpkin leaves and chopped new pumpkins and pour in a pot.
- Bring the mixture to the boil. Add salt and curry powder.
- Stir with a wooden spoon till the ingredients have mixed properly.
- Serve hot with pap or wild rice.
